specializing in brain mapping & neurofeedback

Until recently, there has not been an easy, affordable way to obtain an accurate picture of brainwave activity and treat the root cause of a person’s symptoms. qEEG brain mapping and remote Neurofeedback represent a fundamental shift in the way we approach brain health.  Whether you live with ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD or a sleep disorder, OR you are interested in optimizing your decision-making, concentration or other mental performance — our services can benefit everyone.

backed by research

Neurofeedback has been around for more than 50 years, with hundreds of peer-reviewed research studies supporting its efficacy. Research confirms that Neurofeedback is helpful for many conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD and sleep disorders, as well as peak performance and improved mental clarity.

a note on social media

Many research studies have confirmed that excessive use of social media can contribute to increased feelings of anxiety, depression and isolation.  As brain health specialists, we have chosen to use our website, rather than social media channels, to connect with our community.  Using social media mindfully and in moderation can provide a positive social outlet but it’s also important to connect with ourselves and the world around us in many other brain healthy ways.
